First Home: A Serene and Elegant Retreat.
Designing this first home in Sofia was a journey of collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail. As a young professional in her early 30s, our client came to us with a clear vision for her space: a serene and elegant home where beige and gold could shine. From the very beginning, it felt less like working with a client and more like teaming up with a friend to bring her dream to life.

Living Room.
The living room was designed to be both functional and inviting, despite its compact size. A small yet efficient kitchen flows seamlessly into the space, where a round expandable dining table offers flexibility for everyday meals or hosting guests. The seating area features a beige three-seater sofa paired with an armchair—a cozy nook perfect for reading or relaxing after a long day. One of the standout elements is the custom-designed TV cabinet combined with a desk. This multifunctional piece balances practicality with elegance, incorporating subtle wooden accents that add warmth and character to the space. The result is a living room that feels open, comfortable, and perfectly suited to her lifestyle.

Bedroom.
In the bedroom, storage was a top priority, but we wanted to ensure it didn’t overwhelm the space. To achieve this, we designed custom off-white furniture around the bed, creating the illusion that it’s embedded into the wall. This approach not only maximized functionality but also maintained a clean and harmonious aesthetic. To enhance the cozy atmosphere, we added pastel-colored wallpaper on the wall opposite the bed. This wall also features a practical powder desk and a small cabinet with drawers, blending functionality with understated elegance. The overall design is light, bright, and calming—an ideal retreat for her at the end of the day.

This project wasn’t just about creating a beautiful space; it was about crafting a home that feels uniquely Emi’s. From coordinating construction work to selecting furniture and accessories, we were there every step of the way to ensure her transition into homeownership was as smooth as possible. The result is a serene and elegant retreat that balances functionality with timeless design—a place where new memories will be made and cherished for years to come.
